Welcome to our luxury guesthouse in a safe and quiet residential area of Las Vegas! Our open-concept studio is full of light and is perfect for one or two people. We have included luxury touches and all the comforts of home such as cotton and linen bedding, a genuine leather sofa and 60” TV, and quartz countertops. The private entrance and patio with twinkling lights provide a serene retreat at the end of the day. The space This guesthouse is part of a property with two Airbnb units: the main house and this private guesthouse (this listing). The guesthouse has a completely separate entrance and no shared interior access to the main house. Both units have an emergency exit door that opens into the garage, but the garage is not for guest use and remains locked except in emergencies. You may occasionally see other guests in the driveway or by the trash bins. For everyone’s security, exterior cameras are located at the entryways and in the driveway. Other things to note - The kitchenette includes a mini fridge and mini freezer, microwave, drip coffee machine, hot water kettle, and toaster. Coffee, tea, and sugar are provided. We do NOT have a stove/oven. - We don't expect our guests to perform any chores at check-out! Enjoy a hassle-free check-out! - We have only 2 rules: 1) Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc) is not allowed anywhere on our property (inside and outside). 2) Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property.
