Featuring a new hot tub, sauna, four kayaks, a pontoon, and a sand pit area, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors and make lasting memories. Go swimming or fishing in the spring fed, no wake lake. Wake up to the sound of the nature around you and wind down at the end of the night by the bonfire. It's perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay! The Blue Heron was built off-site in the 60's and tailored to fit this relaxing and quiet lake. It has been completely redesigned with many new updates to maximize our guest(s) stay. BEDROOM The bedroom is located in the loft with a queen-sized bed. There is also a pull-out couch in the living room with a queen size bed that provides ample sleeping. BATHROOM We provide Ginger Lily Farms shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. KITCHEN The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The kitchenette with a Keurig and Donut Shop K-Cup Pods is perfect for coffee lovers. LIVING ROOM Sit back and watch some tv on the Roku where you can log into any streaming service and get your movie/ tv fix of the day! OUTDOOR LIVING The covered deck is a great place to enjoy the beautiful views of the lake while dining or relaxing without being affected by weather elements. Up at the front of the property there is a gas grill where you can cook up your catch of the day. On the side of the property there is a large sandpit area for yard games! This includes cornhole, horseshoe toss, and ladder toss. Looking to spend some time out on the lake? No problem! We provide two 8-foot kayaks and two 10-foot kayaks. The 10-foot army green kayak is considered a fishing kayak for those looking to fish. The small pontoon is also perfect for those looking to fish and navigate the no wake lake. On the right side of the property there is a fenced in area for your furry friends along with a brand new four-person hot tub and sauna that are available all year around. There is also a hammock where you can kick back and read a book. There is a large parking area for a truck and trailer if you plan to bring your ATVs. There are hundreds of miles of ORV trails right out your back door! WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE Last but not least, the Bitely Tavern bar/ grill is just a quick 5-minute walk from the property located in the heart of the town with great food and drinks! Across the street from the tavern is the Bitely Grocery. It is a small-town grocery store that will not provide you much more than a gas station would, but convenient and charming nonetheless! Just a minute further and you will be at the Up North Gift Co. This place is absolutely adorable with the kindest owners. We’ve been there plenty of times and still end up walking out with tons of goodies. They also have bakery items, etc. that are delicious. You will be driving through paved roads up until you reach the property. You should have no problem accessing the property. In the case of heavy snow or rain, a four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended. You will have the entire space to yourself, and a keypad code will be provided for self-check-in. There is a bar/ grill (Bitely Tavern), a gas station/ grocery store, and a gift shop within walking distance to the property - There will be two exterior cameras on the property. One is a ring doorbell on the front door and the other will be a standard camera in the backyard on the shed. This is to help us verify that our cleaners and handyman have everything prepared for your stay and to ensure our property is protected at all times. - Smoking is completely prohibited inside the property. A deodorizing fee will be charged (min $250) if we detect the smell of smoke. If you smoke, please do so outside and make sure all remnants are picked up and thrown away. If remnants are found by our cleaners there will be an additional $50 fee. - Pets are loved and welcome! There will be a $50 fee per pet (2 dog maximum.) Airbnb only accounts for the payment of one pet while booking, so I will send a money request (the other $50) for the other pet after you have booked if you are bringing multiple pets! There will be a fenced in area for your dog on the right side of the property. We also provide pets bowls, leashes, and dog and cat treats! Please pick up after your pets. If dog poop is found in the yard there will be an additional $50 fee. There will be a dog bag dispenser in the fenced in area on the side of the house. Garbage can will be at the front of the house. - Hot tub and sauna are available all year around! - From October 1st to May 1st kayaks and pontoon boat may not be available.
