Chic, small apartment near downtown

Welcome to one of eight of our new, charming apartments in the heart of Bamberg! This beautiful and fully equipped apartment is located in a great area with free parking, grocery stores and close to the river while you are in the city center in a few minutes. It takes about a 15-20 minute walk and you just have to walk straight to get downtown. No toddlers/children, no pets allowed The space The apartment has a small kitchen. You will also find a 1.40 m wide bed for two people and a smart TV. In the dining area, there is a bistro table with stools for two people, which can not only be used for eating but also for working in the home office. Of course, there is also free, fast Wi-Fi. The apartment has a very nice, modern bathroom with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (hair dryer, large glass shower, etc.) The apartment is great for short but also longer stays, tourists or business people, as you can get everywhere quickly and it is a cozy retreat. You need an approx. 15-minute walk and basically just have to walk straight to get downtown. There is plenty of public, free parking on the street in front of the house. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is accessible only by stairs (old building!) -Wifi - Private bathroom - private kitchen with dining area - Private 1.40 m bed for two people - Smart TV (no satellite) Guest access Guests have access to their own bathroom, sleeping area and kitchen. The entire apartment is yours only 🥰 Other things to note Unfortunately, toddlers, children, animals, smokers are not allowed, thank you for your understanding. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is accessible only via stairs (old building!). In front of the entrance door to the house there is a surveillance camera that films the outside area to see who enters the house (no guests, pets, etc.) The recordings are only monitored by me personally.
