Set within a 30,000-square-meter estate of lush greenery and woodland, it offers the perfect environment for well-being and relaxation in a truly splendid setting. An inventory list can be provided upon request. NO MOSQUITO NUISANCE Guest access You will have access to the entire property (house and outdoor areas) on a self-catering basis. The spa—featuring 138 air-massage jets, 6 hydro-massage jets, and various accessories—measures 2m by 2m and can accommodate 6 to 8 people simultaneously. It is located outdoors. Access to the spa is an additional service, separate from your stay; it requires a reservation at least 48 hours before your arrival. The cost is €190 for a weekend, or €250 for stays longer than a weekend. This service can be added to your booking via the platform. An inventory list is available upon request, and a copy will also be provided inside the property. A security deposit of €1,000 is required, along with a €250 deposit for cleaning, both to be handled during the move-in inspection. Regarding cleaning: all necessary equipment (vacuum cleaner, brooms, mops) and cleaning products are provided for your use. If you choose not to clean the property yourself, a cleaning fee—ranging from €190 to €250, depending on the season—will apply. A set of bed linens and towels can be provided for an additional charge of €30 per sleeping space (with the option to have the beds made for you); otherwise, the cost is €25 per sleeping space. To enjoy extended hours—arriving at 9:00 AM and departing at 9:00 PM—you may book an additional night via the platform. The property has a fixed capacity of 12 sleeping spaces, with the option to add 3 extra spots for children (€30 per night, per additional sleeping space), which can be arranged via the platform. If we approve your pet to stay on the property, a surcharge of €15 per day applies; please select this option via the platform. Please note that animals deemed dangerous (specifically category 1 and 2 dogs) and/or those not considered household pets are not permitted. This policy also applies to animals kept in cages (rabbits, hamsters, etc.). Regarding bedding: there are four 160x200 cm beds (with 220x240 cm duvets) and four 80x190 cm beds (with 120x200 cm duvets—ideally for younger guests, with a 150 kg maximum weight limit). There are also 190x70 cm extra beds (ideally for younger guests, with a 150 kg maximum weight limit). Standard 120x60 cm cribs are available. All pillows are 50x70 cm. The use of bed sheets is mandatory for all sleeping arrangements (sleeping bags are not permitted). Upon your arrival, you will find a 50L trash bag in the utility room and the kitchen, and a 10L bag in the restroom and bathroom. A recycling bin is also provided for glass and non-food waste. You also have access to two coffee machines: a traditional drip coffee maker (filters provided) and a Dolce Gusto pod machine (requires Dolce Gusto pods).
