Large outside entertaining area with firepit with lots of seating. All water views. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space This large house is two levels. One Queen bedroom downstairs, kitchen, living, dining, pool table and game table and full bath. (the shower drains slowly. lol....we are working on that,,just so you know) up the spiral staircase is the masterbedroom, full bath and sitting room. The room is HUGE! There is a sectional sofa if you need additional sleeping. there are two additional bedrooms upstairs. To access these take the outside stair case. one room with 2 twin beds and one room with a queen and and a double bed. They share a full bath between. There is also a guest house with kitchen, bath, 2 queen bedrooms, a futon sofa and a full bathroom availbe with your rental. The land for this property is spacious. Parking for one vehicle inside the gate, but please don't park on the grass....lol. Additonal parking ism next to the guest house. There is a large outdoor table for your get togethers and a sunk in fire pit gazebo. Lovely in the evenings. The water is on an estuary and although it's lovely to look at, it is not swimable. It does go up and down with the tide. Guest access Directions: in maps type in LaBufadora. last leg is on hw 23. look for mile marker 9. SLOW DOWN.... next you will see a sign that says BEACHHOUSE turn right and down the hill. The tan house on the right is the guest house. the little white building on the left is the caretakers cottage, Pedro. the large house beyond the gate is the main house.
