The space Room for everyone to settle in. With 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and flexible sleeping space for up to 10, your group can stay together without everyone feeling on top of one another. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite with a shower/tub combo. A second bedroom offers another king bed, while the third has a queen bed plus a dedicated work desk. Downstairs, two queen-size futons in the living room can also be used as beds, giving your group additional sleeping flexibility without requiring stairs. A full bathroom with a steam shower is also located on the main level and is included with your stay. Cook, gather & stay awhile. The bright, fully equipped kitchen has the cookware, utensils, modern appliances, and counter space you need for everything from morning coffee to dinner together. Gather around the indoor dining table or take dinner outside, where the dining gazebo seats up to 10. The backyard may become your favorite room. Step into your private fenced backyard and slow things down. Start the morning in the rocking egg chairs, fire up the gas grill for dinner under the gazebo, or gather around the fire table when the evening cools down. And guests really do use this space. However, two queen-size futons plus a full bathroom with steam shower are located on the main level, providing both sleeping and bathroom options without needing to go upstairs. Exterior security cameras are located near the garage and entry. No pets are allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside, within 25 feet of the home, or in the backyard. Guest access Easy self check-in with keyless entry. Guests access the home using a personalized keypad code, so there are no keys to pick up or coordinate. Your access information will be provided before check-in, allowing you to let yourselves in anytime after the scheduled check-in time. You’ll have private access to the home, 2-car garage, driveway and fenced backyard throughout your stay. There are an exterior security camera installed near garage door and entry door for safety reasons. Our property is also equipped with smoke and carbon dioxide detectors, a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and fire blankets. This property does have stairs to the second floor, but guests who require accessibility can sleep and shower all on the downstairs level. There is a high chair and Graco Travel Dome XL with crib and play yard for guests with small kids.
