Beautiful, spacious vacation apartment (100 sqm) for the whole family, with its own garden in a townhouse from 1910. Extra bed possible. Centrally located, the Baltic Sea resorts of Laboe, Stein and Schönberg as well as natural beaches can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Direct bus connection to Kiel, supermarket within a 5-minute walk. With three bedrooms, a combined kitchen and living room, a cozy living room and two newly renovated bathrooms, the apartment offers enough space for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. There is playground equipment in the garden. The space In total, our vacation rental can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults (plus 2 small children if needed). An extra bed is possible; please just ask!). In the completely newly refurnished country house kitchen you can cook to your heart's content or make vacation plans together at the large dining table. In the opposite living room, you can relax on the sofa very well and you can also spend a nice holiday with board games or a good movie in North German dirty weather. The renovated bathtub with shower folding wall invites you to relax, an additional guest toilet is available. After an exciting day of vacation, you can retreat to three beautiful bedrooms and fall asleep relaxed. In one of the bedrooms (2 single beds) there is a lovingly designed play area for children, a wide selection of children's books is also available. The garden with large terrace (southwest orientation) invites you to cozy gatherings, a charcoal grill is also there. For our little guests, we have a sandbox, a swing, and a slide available. Furthermore, two car parking spaces are available in the outdoor area, other free parking spaces can be found on the street across the street. High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi (160 Mbps) throughout the entire property. Guest access The apartment is on the first floor of our historic town house from 1910. You have a separate entrance (see photos) and a garden in front of the house that is not visible and just for you. Other things to note We keep things Scandinavian, so please take off your street shoes at the front door—the old floorboards will thank you! Slippers for adults are sufficiently available in the hallway. For children, please bring some, the terrazzo floor in the hallway is very "fast".
