Located in the vibrant area of Grand Canal Dock. 30 minute walk to Grafton Street and Temple Bar. 10 minute walk to 3 Arena, 5 minute walk to Convention Centre, 20 minute walk to Aviva. Nearby access to Dart, Luas and Bus lines. The space Penthouse apartment in secure building block has beautiful balcony overlooking the river with spectacular views of Dublin. The room is equipped with a standard double bed, window with blind, TV, kettle, wardrobe, heater, and ensuite with shower. Guest access The other occupants of the apartment are myself and my husband. Guests are free to use common areas (kitchen, living room, balcony). The bedroom and ensuite both have locks. At the moment, there is no dedicated parking facilities available. Secure parking is available on the street for free on weekday evenings and weekends. We are flexible with check in/out times, so please let us know if you need something outside the listed hours and we will do our best to accommodate it.
