Completely renovated farmhouse with modern design and old world charm, 1 hour from Paris. Designed for 3 couples, a family or close friends: each bedroom has its own bathroom. Living room with 7-meter-high ceilings, opening onto the terrace, large garden not overlooked and crossed by a stream, sunset view from the bay window. Optional private hot tub, video lounge, stove. This is my home, managed by my neighbors on site: maximum 6 guests, no outside visitors, parties prohibited. The space 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds, each with its own bathroom and private toilet: each couple or family has its own privacy. A large living room with a cathedral ceiling over 7 m high, with a pellet stove and bay window opening onto the terrace. A separate video lounge with an overhead projector and sound bar for movie nights. A fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine with grinder, raclette machine, barbecue) and a large extendable dining table. Outside: a garden with no overlooking neighbors, a stream that runs through it, a west-facing terrace for an aperitif at sunset, and a private hot tub (optional, €80 per weekend, heated for your arrival, from March to the end of October). Summer: garden, BBQ, hot tub, walks. Winter: stove, raclette, board games, reading corner, yoga mats. The house is just as nice in January as it is in July. Nearby: market and medieval city of Provins (UNESCO), Parc des Félins, flea market and local farm. Bakery 8 min away, supermarkets 12 min away. Other things to note La Popcampagne is my personal home, not an impersonal rental. My neighbors, who live 200 m away, manage the property and handle check-in: they know the number of guests expected and are available during your stay. Maximum of 6 guests, only those registered on the reservation. No outside visitors, neither during the day nor in the evening. Requests for a birthday or an event with guests will not be accepted. Outdoor cameras at the entrance and in the parking lot (none inside).
