This lovely colonial home tucked away in it's beautiful neighborhood has so much to offer. So close to everything Norfolk has to offer along with just a short drive to the famous Virginia Beach! This house boasts fast Wifi, multiple TVs, PS3/Wii, Roku, and Netflix. You have the whole upstairs to yourself for the length of your stay. A private gym is on site if you want to get your fitness on. Large yard with outdoor fire pit and seating area, even a laying area if you want to enjoy the hammock The space As said previously you will have a private upstairs to you and you’re guest. No worries about sharing or waiting to use the bathroom with cluttered airbnbs that are out there. Additionally, the gem of the house is its waterfront access. We have a dock to enjoy amazing views, amazing wildlife, and even a canoe if you want to explore a little bit. You can't ask for a more affordable and inclusive stay if you're visiting Norfolk/VB/Chesapeake areas. We can't wait to host you! Guest access Parking is in front of our home, very safe, and no cost to you at all. We do have private parking behind our home within a gate if you have some cargo or what not that you want a little more hidden. During your stay My wife and I will be around to assist you with anything. I love to chat and provide recommendations but also understand when people want their privacy on their vacation and or visit! Other things to note Emily and I do have a big but wonderful dog that is a part of our family. He is always blocked off from any interaction with our tenants unless otherwise agreed and not allowed any access to the private upstairs for your stay.
