This unique self contained peaceful cottage is 250 years old and set in the centre of the beautiful village of Bonsall in the Peak District and within easy reach of all amenities. The cottage was once a Pigeon loft and has been transformed and renovated into a simple characterful living space within the conservation area. Views from the cottage and outside private terrace are stunning. There are choices of walks from the door including 2 pubs and cafe within easy walking distance. The space The property is one up one down, with bedroom, shower room and toilet on the ground floor and living space, kitchen, and terraced patio on the first floor. The cottage is heated and well equipped and has underfloor heating in the bathroom. There is WiFi - TV- books and games for guests to enjoy and Tea/Coffee and milk are provided. Towels are also provided. Guests enter the property on the ground floor. There is a small car parking space at the front of the property where you can park or alternatively a larger space outside No.17. 2 Pubs and a cafe are a short walking distance away. Guest access Private access is entered via the ground floor and there is free parking outside the property and also nearby. Other things to note There is a keypad located by the front door. There is also a dog mattress available to use- but we request that all guests do not allow their dogs on the bed downstairs or the sofa upstairs - as extra cleaning charges will apply. Thank you.
