Drip coffee maker along with basic appliances provided. Gas stove/oven. Basement includes game-room with pool table, electric fireplace, smart TV, table for 4, board games/puzzles, kids toys and lounge seating creating the perfect space for fun times together. BEDROOMS: There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 1 bedroom in the basement. Master bedroom- with king sized bed, private bathroom/shower, and view to backyard. Perfect for some rest & relaxation. Second bedroom- complete with 2 twin sized beds and views to the backyard. This bedroom is perfect for cozying up with a good book. Third bedroom- queen sized bed with views to the woods reminding you that you are enjoying Ohio's wine country. Fourth bedroom- queen sized bed, located in the basement, just off the game room with bathroom/shower across the hallway. HIGHLIGHTS: Hot tub is located off the front patio with beautiful tree lined views. The hot tub is great in all seasons, so relax and take it in! Front screened in patio with picturesque views to nature. Back deck with propane grill, dining area for 6, gorgeous views to our expansive backyard & pond. No swimming or fishing in the pond. Fire pit & gazebo area with seating for 8. Wood is 'provide your own'/as available. Guests are NOT permitted to cut trees from our woods. IN THE AREA: Our home is located in a peaceful neighborhood with wineries, metro parks, and beautiful views to nature all around. Laurentia Vineyard & Winery, Grand River Cellars, M Cellars, and many more just under 5 miles away. Historic Ashtabula Harbor, Covered Bridges, and Geneva on the Lake, are within 30 minutes of our home. **Guests have access to the main home and living spaces. **Garage & barn are private and kept locked for housekeepers and owners. **Main floor fireplace is NOT IN USE, (enjoy the ambiance of the electric candles.) We are available to our guests via communication through the airbnb platform. We are happy to hear from our guests and assure you have a wonderful stay! Guests will receive a confirmation once booked, check-in info one day prior to their stay with us, and a friendly reminder of check-out date. PROPERTY CONSIDERATIONS Respect for our space and our neighbors is of upmost importance to us. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between the hours of 9pm-9am. Loud & Lewd behavior is not tolerated. THIS HOME IS NOT A PARTY PAD. The property is not fenced in. Guests are expected to stay aware of property lines. No shooting, hunting, or fireworks. Any destruction of property will be charged to the reservation.
