The Old Vicarage Shepherd's Hut

A romantic hideaway for two, our traditional Shepherd’s Hut is the perfect place to relax and unwind in nature. Tucked into the far end of the garden, it offers all the modern amenities you need in a semi-rural setting. Inside has a cozy double bed with Hypnos mattress, cotton bed linen and blackout blinds. There is a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area and en-suite shower room. The traditional wood burning stove will keep you warm and there is even a TV plus wi-if to keep you connected! The space Our luxury Shepherd’s Hut is full of character and charm. Located in the picturesque village of Oakridge Lynch, it is the perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds. Sitting in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the garden and grounds around the hut are yours to explore. You have table and chairs just outside for al fresco dining, as well as a chiminea and comfy lounge chairs for enjoying the summer evenings, all with wonderful views across the Golden Valley! We also provide a complimentary welcome pack which includes a selection of teas, freshly ground coffee, milk and biscuits. Guest access Guests have access to their Shepherd’s Hut, as well as the gardens and grounds of The Old Vicarage to enjoy! Other things to note We have 2 friendly dogs, Molly (a golden retriever) and Poppy (a fox terrier). They will share the garden with you but will not come into the Hut (unless encouraged!). They will most likely come and say hello if they see you! Please note, to access the hut you need to climb a steep set of steps up into it.
