The newly renovated apartment is located in a condominium complex dating back to the 1970s, on the second floor of a stately building with elevator (door width 58 cm). Perfect for couples or families with children, it is warm and comfortable in winter thanks to central heating. It has two terraces, one overlooking the Arch of Augustus, the other on the Emilius and Becca di Nona, the twin mountains overlooking the Aosta basin. From the entrance with sofa and clothing closet you access the open space with sofa, desk, dining table, and a vintage 80s multi-game arcade cabin that works for evenings full of bitcord fun. The equipped kitchen is complete with induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, bar table with kettle and coffee machine "Nescafè Dolce Gusto". The double bedroom is furnished in a vintage '70s style with a large king-size bed, wardrobe, and dresser. The bedroom houses two single beds, a desk, and a large wardrobe. The private bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, sink, bidet, toilet and shower stall with steam room. Please note: the apartment DOES NOT have air conditioning. The apartment is ideal for alpine and downhill skiing enthusiasts, who can reach the Aosta-Pila cable car departure in a few minutes by car. From Aosta you can easily reach the main tourist destinations and ski areas: Skyway Monte Bianco in Courmayeur (38 Km), Cogne (30 km), Ayas (56 Km), Breuil-Cervinia (46 Km), the valleys of the Gran Paradiso National Park and the Gran San Bernardo valley. To visit the castles you can choose from the most distant Castel Savoia in Gressoney-Saint-Jean, about an hour and a half, to the nearby Castle of Fénis, just thirty minutes by car. For sports enthusiasts, in Valle d'Aosta you can practice rafting, climbing, mountaineering, golf, trekking, sport fishing. In Aosta and its surroundings there are tennis and padel courts, several swimming pools and an ice rink. Those who want to experience a day of wellness can reach the thermal baths of Pré-Saint-Didier (45 minutes) or the thermal baths of Saint-Vincent (30 minutes).
