Welcome to Villa Benè! A spacious, cosy and very bright flat. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the Gureè beach or enjoy the swimming pool (seasonal and unheated) and basketball area on the property, which are available free of charge from 10 am to 6 pm. Villa Benè is the perfect starting point for exploring the area, which is full of charming places such as the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso and the Borromean Islands. We will be happy to give you further advice! The space Villa Benè comfortably accommodates 6 persons. The flat, measuring approximately 130 square metres, is located on the first floor and features: ・2 double bedrooms, with Queen Size beds 160x200 cm, desks and large wardrobes for storing belongings. ・1 room with 2 single beds, 80 x 190 cm, with a coat rack and a full-length mirror. → All three rooms are completely new, equipped with ceiling fans with light, to ensure a good night's rest even on hot summer days. ・2 bathrooms, with bathtub in one and shower in the other. → Dispensers with shower gel, hairdryer and towels are provided to guests free of charge. ・A large living room with Smart TV 40 " with satellite channels and Netflix, a comfortable corner sofa and a desk for working remotely. ・A new kitchen, equipped with everything you need to make sure you don't miss anything (fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, American coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher). ・A large garden with a swimming pool (open from May to September) and a basketball area, available free of charge to guests and shared with the owners who live downstairs. → Opening hours: 10:00 - 18:00 ・The guesthouse next to the pool is equipped with an outdoor shower as well as an indoor bathroom with shower, and offers guests a wide range of games and inflatable attractions for guaranteed fun in the water! Soft pool towels are also provided free of charge. → Possibly tie up your hair, for hygiene reasons. Thank you very much! ・The house is entirely surrounded by balconies, to enjoy the peace of the area and all windows are equipped with mosquito nets. ・Free parking inside the property (up to 3 cars) + charging station for electric vehicles (for a fee). ・TO KNOW: Kobe and Gianna, two lovable little dogs, are used to being in the garden; they are docile and tame. You will meet them only if you want to use the pool and basketball area. We are sure you will love them too! Guest access Guests have the entire flat, located on the first floor of the house, at their disposal. The owners (Alessandro, Maria and their children) live on the lower floor. Access to the garden, swimming pool and basketball area, located on the ground floor, is via a small gate and is granted at certain times (10 am - 6 pm).
