Large and spacious house with ocean and mountain views for up to 28 people. It is located on the Costa Maresme, close to the best beaches and 40 km from Barcelona. Surrounded by nature, it allows you to relax in a private and quiet environment. Its location near the village gives you the option to enjoy multiple shops, bars and restaurants. The seaport is only 3 minutes away by car. A general renovation was carried out in early 2023 The space The house has a relaxation area, barbecue, large pool with sun loungers, ping pong table... It is divided into 4 floors. Ground floor - where there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and exit to the garden and pool, a kitchen with a veranda area and a bathroom. Floor 1 - has 4 bedrooms with a double bed (1 of them also has a double sofa bed) and 4 bathrooms. The attic - with 8 single beds and 1 double sofa bed. The -1 floor with 2 double bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, the game room with darts and foosball and the laundry area. It has private parking on the street for 3 cars. Guest access We offer all our guests a concierge service and a wide range of activities such as bicycle rental, delicious paella made by our chef, boat rental, transfers, excursions and much more...
