That's why we have installed the Homematic Smart Home solution in all the rooms and apartments and have only had very positive experiences with it so far. The heating period lasts from October to March. The maximum room temperature in the living and bathroom area is 22 degrees and 17 degrees in the bedroom. If your suite has a separate kitchen, the maximum temperature there is 20 degrees. Please note that our house is working via a night lower. In the transitional period, there may be temperature fluctuations because the heating system is coupled to the outside temperature. We kindly ask you to take this into account when you book! Other things to note Stair climbing required!!! If you use a wheelchair or have mobility issues, please speak to us in person before booking!!! - Do you bring bikes on a bike rack? Please let us know before arrival. We can only guarantee an outdoor parking space by personal arrangement before arrival, as the premises are very limited. We recommend renting a carport space or garage parking space (4 euro per night) for the bikes. It is not allowed to take bicycles to the apartment. - Local tax: per person/ day is charged in cash on site. - Security Deposit: if you damage the home, you may be charged up to €300. - No smoking in the house, on balcony or terrace, outside in the yard that's okay. When leaving the listing: - Close windows & doors. - Lights & candles off.
