Accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for families and couples who want to be steps from the beach, restaurants, cafes and all of the best that Greece has to offer. Bus services are 24/7 in the village direct to and from Chania. The space Upper Level Upon entering the home, the living/dining and kitchen area are open concept with a large island. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including dishwasher, stove, oven. The living area has leather couches with ample seating. From the couch you can se the palms of the resort. The bedroom 1 has a new queen size mattress and white linens. At night you can hear the ocean and let the waves of the Mediterranean lull you to sleep. The washroom is efficient hotel style with Greek marble and equipped with shower and tub. The patio walking out from the living room area has ample outdoor seating where you can enjoy the breeze and pool side view. Lower level Both bedrooms have private entrances, newly renovated and has walkout access to the pool. There is a table perfect for working with your laptop in the lower kitchen area. Both beds are queen size and very comfortable. There is an open concept kitchen and living room area and full bathroom The resort complex common area garden and pool Special care was taken in the designing of the gardens and the common areas along with the communal pool, which overflows into a stream to create a spectacular scene that is sure to leave lasting impressions and make your holiday memorable. Guest access At our property, guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. This means that you can enjoy complete privacy and comfort in your own space, without having to share any part of it with others. You'll have the freedom to relax and make yourself at home in the living room, prepare meals in the kitchen, and enjoy a good night's sleep in the bedroom without any interruptions or disturbances. We believe that our guests deserve to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience during their stay, and having access to the entire apartment is just one way we ensure that. Street parking is available free of cost. Other things to note Please note that this is an accommodation with kitchen and not a hotel. The check-in instructions will be sent 24 hours before check-in. Our property features a shared pool that is available for all guests to use. This means that while you may not have exclusive use of the pool, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with other guests during your stay. Additionally, our property is conveniently located just steps away from the beach, giving you easy access to sun, sand, and surf. If you're feeling hungry, there are also a variety of local restaurants within walking distance, offering a range of delicious cuisines to satisfy your appetite. Please note that some of the local shops and restaurants are closed until the 1st of May but after that everything is open and guests have many options. Also we are informing our clients before arrival it’s always best to have a car to explore the island, but if you are just interested in a relaxing beachfront vacation it’s not necessarily needed. Guests need to use their personal Netflix account.
