This house was built in 1912 and has all of the original charm. I have several extra rooms, so if you need extra space it is available, just let me know in your request what you need. Many things are within a few miles - State Fair Grounds, both down towns (Minneapolis and St. Paul), and many colleges (Hamline, Macalester, St. Thomas, St. Kate's, Augsburg, University of Minnesota, and St. Scholastica. I am happy to share the kitchen, living room and dining room while you are here. I respect privacy, and also welcome conversations or a meal. This neighborhood is midway between downtown St. Paul and downtown Minneapolis. Both are accessible from here by light rail. There are several restaurants and coffee shows within walking distance, and grocery and drug stores within a short drive. There are several breweries within a short distance. It's a quiet neighborhood. Near light rail lines and bus routes. When the weather is good you are welcome to sit in the back yard, or in the screened in front porch.
