The space The apartment is built to be user friendly with many amenities such as gas private central heating, new technology ecological air-conditions, enhanced thermal isolation with thermal insulated doors and windows with screens in order to keep insects away. Hot tub water is always available. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with prime quality beds with orthopaedic double mattresses 150x200 cm with no footboards, spacy closets, linens, irons and hair dryers . In the kitchen you can find a large refrigerator, filter- and espresso coffee machines, clothes washing machine and dishwasher, cooker with oven, toaster and sandwich maker, smoke detector and all appropriate cookware and equipment. There are also a lot of spices and herbs, a variety of basic food ingredients and organic olive oil from my family's olive groves to prepare your meal or breakfast. Bathroom and WC have all the basic amenities such as toilet paper, hand, hair and body soap and hand cream. There are two desks one in the living room and one in the master bedroom to work or to arrange your travel schedule. There are two TVs the one in living room has smart technology. Of course there is a high speed internet connection through Wi-Fi or Ethernet. For leisure time there are some board games. At the living room you can find two convertible sofas, chill out decoration, a fire extinguisher and a first aid box. At the establishment there is a pretty backyard with a table and chairs to relax or to have your meals. The backyard has a lot of flowers and herbs that I take care after because gardening is my hobby. I extremely recommend my place to families or couples to have a great stay in Athens. Upon request specific equipment for children or babies would be provided. Guest access The place is independent from the block of flats where it belongs with independent entrance and facilities. There are two small steps at the entrance and the place is not suitable for people with motor disabilities. Other things to note In case of any emergency I will be there to guide and help you.
