KawanMu is definitely a "homestay" that offers exceptional value. It accommodates up to 16 people or more with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You can park at least 4 cars, or even more. Most importantly, We make sure everything is cleaned thoroughly before your check-in. Check-in from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM Check-out at 12:00 PM Lastly, because we aspire to be "Taiping's most comfortable homestay," we continuously improve our facilities and services time to time Guest access Guest Usage Rules 1. Please do not move the furniture in the room. 2. Our accommodation requires a security deposit of RM300. Upon check-out, we will inspect the room, and if everything is intact and undamaged, the deposit will be refunded on the same day. 3. When booking, please enter the correct number of guests. Any unreported guests will be charged an additional fee of RM20 per person per night. Other Important Notices 1. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM. (Early check-in or late check-out depends on room availability.) 2. Please do not bring food into the bedroom. 3. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 4. Pets are not allowed inside the premises. 5. As a friendly neighborhood, please keep noise levels low after 11:00 PM. 6. Please turn off the air conditioning and any electronic devices when not in use. 7. Kindly take good care of the furniture and belongings. If any items are lost or damaged, please notify us immediately. 8. Please do not park your vehicle in front of neighboring houses. 9. Late check-out fee: RM50 per hour. 10. Cooking of foods with strong odors, such as fried fish or shrimp paste, is not allowed. If any accidents occur during the guest’s stay, resulting in damages, loss of belongings, personal injury, or fatalities, we are not responsible.
