Welcome to our idyllic holiday home in Prien am Chiemsee! When we are away traveling, you can book this gem: The house has one bedroom, a bathroom and toilet, as well as a spacious, bright living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. The highlight is the private , south-west-facing garden with terrace and mountain view in an absolutely dream location - just 5 minutes away from Chiemsee. Ideal for sailing, hiking, cycling or simply relaxing. The space Our house can accommodate 2 adults and is perfect for couples seeking a relaxing getaway. It has a cozy bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a spacious wardrobe. All windows have built-in insect screens. Our exterior shutters allow for perfect blackout and provide a comfortable sleeping atmosphere. Additionally, there are two bathrooms - one with a shower and one with a separate toilet. A large and bright living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and access to the garden make the house perfect for a relaxed stay. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, Moccamaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The absolute highlight is the private garden with mountain view: on our terrace (equipped with a dining table and 4 chairs, awning, parasol, and sun loungers), you can enjoy the view of the Kampenwand. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings, as Chiemsee is only 5 minutes away. The terraced house is particularly quiet, located in a small holiday settlement built in the 1970s for sailors. There is the possibility to lock bicycles in front of the house (not covered). There is a caretaker who looks after the facility daily. Our house also offers Wi-Fi and a free parking space on the premises. Please note that a tourist tax of currently €2 per person per night is levied by the municipality of Prien and must be paid additionally upon arrival. Other things to note One set of bed linen and towels are included - we kindly ask you to bring your own beach towels. Please understand that our house does not allow children / babies or pets. No groups, additional overnight guests or parties allowed, non-smoking house.
