Welcome to our idyllic holiday home in Prien am Chiemsee! When we are away traveling, you can book this gem: The house has one bedroom, a bathroom and toilet, as well as a spacious, bright living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. The highlight is the private , south-west-facing garden with terrace and mountain view in an absolutely dream location - just 5 minutes away from Chiemsee. Ideal for sailing, hiking, cycling or simply relaxing. The space Our house can accommodate 2 adults and is perfect for couples seeking a relaxing getaway. It has a cozy bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a spacious wardrobe. All windows have built-in insect screens. Our exterior shutters allow for perfect blackout and provide a comfortable sleeping atmosphere. Additionally, there are two bathrooms - one with a shower and one with a separate toilet. A large and bright living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and access to the garden make the house perfect for a relaxed stay. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, Moccamaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The absolute highlight is the private garden with mountain view: on our terrace (equipped with a dining table and 4 chairs, awning, parasol, and sun loungers), you can enjoy the view of the Kampenwand. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings, as Chiemsee is only 5 minutes away. The terraced house is particularly quiet, located in a small holiday settlement built in the 1970s for sailors. There is the possibility to lock bicycles in front of the house (not covered). There is a caretaker who looks after the facility daily. Our house also offers Wi-Fi and a free parking space on the premises. Please note that a tourist tax of currently €2 per person per night is levied by the municipality of Prien and must be paid additionally upon arrival. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are included - we kindly ask you to bring your own beach towels. Please understand that our house does not allow children or pets. No large groups or parties allowed, non-smoking house.
