Scrumpy's Cottage

Situated in the rural village of Palterton lies Scrumpy’s Cottage. This beautifully renovated retreat is ideally placed for anyone wishing to explore all the historical sites within the District of Bolsover and beyond. A short drive in one direction takes you to the gateway of the Peak District National Park, while the other direction sees you entering Robin Hood Country and the legendary Major Oak. Other things to note We own a small micro pub which is next door to Scrumpy's Cottage, which has a very friendly family atmosphere, we welcome children in the lounge area. We're open on Friday and Saturday evenings from 6pm-10pm, please feel free to join us for a drink
