Coastal Cottages huisje Bries

Huisje Bries is located in a quiet area against the Natura 2000 area, the Westduinen. Beautiful views and close to the beach and Grevelingen, and a 10-minute drive from the village center and the brewery dam. The house is decorated with great attention and gives you all the space to relax with 4 people. The space Vacation home in beach atmosphere. You have a private parking space in front of the house. The house is accessible by a shell path, which leads to its own front door. The garden is completely private and has 2 seating areas, so you will always find a place in the sun. The house is heated with underfloor heating and radiators and is very well insulated. The bright living room has a sitting area with TV (including German channels), a dining table and 4 chairs. There are also French doors that give access to the garden. Open it up for an extension of your living room! The fine kitchen is fully equipped. Of course, the basics are present. But also handy equipment. See the list below for everything that is available. The spacious bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a luxurious rain shower with hand shower. Plenty of towels are provided. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed 180x200 from Matt sleeps. One bedroom with two single beds 90x200 from Matt sleeps. The beds are made when you arrive at the cottage. It sleeps wonderfully under the hotel-quality bedding. Guest access Check in between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. When you arrive, you can park the car in one of the two private parking spaces in front of Bries. These parking spaces are for guests of Bries and Zilt (our other cottage) and are indicated with poles. You walk through the gate to the front door. You rent the white house, no space is shared. This makes everything nice and private to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Other things to note Below is the available base in the cottage. Requests; Please ventilate the bathroom during and after showering with the open door. After showering, please use the squeegee to remove the water from the tiles, glass wall and floor. Please clean the BBQ after use. Private parking, private garden , complete with lounge set for 4 people. Outdoor dining table with 4 chairs, an umbrella and BBQ. The wood-fired hot tub can be booked as an additional option, you can reserve it in advance. The costs for this are; 30 euros per day, 50 euros per weekend, and 90 euros per week.
