For long term rentals, utilities, fuel and plowing are not included but may be negotiated. 2. The kitchen is outfitted for cooking and entertaining, with a new range, microwave, and refrigerator. Useful kitchen amenities include a Mr. Coffee machine, an electric kettle, a coffee bean grinder and a toaster oven. 3.
