The space Enjoy the freedom of an open floor plan with a huge kitchen and plenty of cabinet space. Get comfy and cozy with your friends and family at the breakfast nook. Have a seat and lounge on the convertible chair-beds in the bedrooms. Outside you can enjoy meals on the southwest facing deck, use the propane grill, have a refreshment around the fire-pit in the front yard seating area, and wash off after a lovely beach day with the outdoor shower. Other things to note The 3rd bedroom/laundry room has a twin day bed which can pull out to a double twin/king bed. There are drawers on the bottom for extra storage. There is also an armoire to hang clothing. The boiler is in the closet and it can make some intermittent sounds, so this space may be better for a heavy sleeper.
