Close to major highways, hospitals, & minutes from TopGolf! The space This beautiful lakefront home features an open-concept floor plan with stunning views and comfortable living spaces. It offers 2 cozy bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower. The layout includes 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, all conveniently connected by a shared bathroom. The fully updated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a water filtration system and an ice maker, making meal prep a breeze. Relax by the gas fireplace in the living room after a day of outdoor adventures. Step outside and enjoy direct access to the lake with multiple seating areas for relaxation and a fire pit for cozy evenings by the water. The home is serviced by public sewer and well water, with a water softener for your comfort. For water enthusiasts, there are 2 kayaks and a pedal boat available for use. Additionally, a boat slip is provided if you choose to bring your own boat and enjoy docking right at your doorstep. Guest access Entire home. For extended stays, access to washer/dryer will be provided. You may use kayaks and paddle boat too! Other things to note House Rules & Safety Guidelines Safety First: Please exercise caution when outdoors, especially around the steps and dock area. Use of the lake, kayaks, and pedal boat is at your own risk. Guest Limit: Maximum of 4 guests. Parking: A maximum of 3 cars are allowed on the property. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. No Parties or Events: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Security Camera: For your security, there is one security camera facing the parking area at the front of the house. This camera is always on for your protection. Wi-Fi: Please do not turn off the Wi-Fi during your stay. Winter Conditions: During cold or winter months, the kayaks and pedal boat may be placed in storage.
