Situated in a quiet village my bungalow is close to Arundel, Chichester and not far from the Sussex beaches. Ideal location for any of the upcoming Goodwood events. Festival of speed, The revival, Glorious goodwood. Walking distance from Fontwell race course. Close to plenty National trust walks. The property is surrounded by nature and we often get deer visiting the garden or neighbouring gardens. The space Newly built bungalow 1 standard double bed 1 king size bed. Large living room with dining table. Lovely kitchen with brand new appliances. Bath and separate shower. Large private Garden with garden sofa. Guest access Lockbox located top right to the front door. Code provided the day before arrival. Other things to note This is my own home which I do live in most of the time, I work away a lot so this is why I air BnB. Most of the year I do live here with my Dog Olive. I have taken a lot of time decorate and furnish my home, and hope you enjoy your stay. Sometimes I will need access to the garage during the day. This is separate from the home and will not disturb you. Please park far enough away from the Garage doors so it can be opened. Please be aware this is a non smoking and non vaping property. If you do smoke please smoke and vape outside. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and do not put in the in inside bin. Please also understand that this house is in quite a rural area and there are animals that may come to visit the garden during the night such as deers foxes and birds and I am unable to control this but hopefully you can enjoy them as I do.
