Nestled in the beautiful capital St. Paul, we are just around the corner from the University of St. Thomas and near Macalaster College. Our neighborhood is quaint, homey, and romantic. Coming in, we are only about a 15 minute drive or easily accessible via public transportation from the MSP International Airport. From here you can easily walk to a pizza shop, cafe, bistro, cinema, pub, or major bus lines to enjoy the relaxing St. Paul lifestyle or head over to Minneapolis for a night out. The space Celebrating 103 years in St. Paul! Our updated home is complete with that historic St. Paul charm. Guest access Shared spaces include the living room, dining room, kitchen, front porch, and back patio which are yours to access. The entire second floor is yours to access as well as the back patio. Guests can also enjoy: - Complimentary coffee and tea - Travel sized toiletries from around the world for you to use and take home - Charger cables in each bedroom - Fresh towels rolled up in the bathroom We strive to be an eco-friendly host! We compost, recycle, use LED bulbs, use eco-friendly cleaning and washing supplies. Please help us out by turning off the lights when not using them. During your stay At least one of us will be available by phone 24hrs if you need something. Other things to note Important notes: - Please note we are only accepting guests with sufficient positive reviews at this time. - We charge a $100 security deposit primarily to pay for time and cost of replacing the guest Parking Pass if it is lost. As a security deposit, this will not be charged if you return the Parking Pass at check-out and our home is left in the same condition you found it. - Parking requires a Parking Pass in our neighborhood. Please be sure to verify on road signs that you are parking in “Zone 18.” Then, after retrieving the guest Parking Pass from the property, place it on the dashboard of your vehicle. - We might not be able to accept last minute/same day bookings. - Our friendly cat named Chimera shares common spaces but is not allowed in the guest bedroom. Please always take caution as animals can be unpredictable. - Entrance is in the back, our apartment is on the second story, and you will be provided with your own code for the keypad lock at check-in. - Please do not eat in the bedroom to avoid stains.
