Come enjoy our magical home in Beacon! 2-story, charming one-bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a duplex home. Large shared backyard, off-street parking. One block from Beacon's lively Main St. Half a mile from the beauty of the Hudson River and the Metro North station. We live here part-time. There is ample space and empty furniture for you to use during your stay, but you may find some of our personal possessions tucked away. Be our guest and be near all that the Hudson Valley has to offer! The space Wide plank hard wood floors throughout, wood beams, 2-story charming 1-bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a duplex home. Walk in closets, 2 decks, one off of the bedroom and one off of the living room. The top deck feels like you're in a tree house!!! The XL Twin Rollaway bed will be set up for $15/night. If you have 3 guests, Airbnb will automatically add this to your stay. If you have 2 guests and need it set up, please request it when booking. The Lotus travel crib can be set up, please request it when booking. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself including the two decks. The backyard and parking are shared with the downstairs apartment. The host or other guests will be staying below in the other apt. Other things to note You must request the Lotus travel crib or the Rollaway Bed (XL Twin 5 in. thick mattress) at the time of reservation so it can be set up for you. There is some construction that recently started up the street on Main St and sometimes can be heard from my property. The woodworking in some of the interior doorways are rustic and unfinished wood. They could cause a splinter if a kid were to rub their hand against it. The home is not equipped with outlet covers and baby gates. Any reservation longer than 28 days will be asked to provide a copy of ID and sign a lease. Longer stays may be asked for a deposit. Due to health concerns, I am unable to host any animals and have an exemption with Airbnb with proper documentation on file.
