Quiet 2 bedroom summer haven overlooking beautiful West River

This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath ranch perfect for your summer getaway. The house is on a very quiet cul-de-sac, yet only minutes from Rt 1 in Guilford, the fabulous Town Green, shopping, movies and of course.... THE BEACH! The town marina has a boat launch if you have the luxury of bringing a boat on vacation with you. Lots of great shops, restaurants, summer fairs and concerts too! The house has a kitchen, living room, dining room, family room with television, 1 queen size bedroom and 1 bedroom with two twin beds. There is a screen enclosed front porch. There is a large deck overlooking the backyard and the West River. There is also a patio table and umbrella and Weber gas grill. Although the house is a ranch, the family room is on a lower level (3-4 steps down). Make sure you bring your binoculars to view the large variety of summer birds out on the marsh, including bald eagles, red-tail hawks and herons. Lots of great clamming areas including Trolley Road, Chaffinch Island, Grass Island and Shell Beach.
