1 double bedroom with en-suite on the first floor of a small block of flats. Extremely central location, 2 minutes to St James Street which has an array of restaurants. 10 minute walk to the Pavillion and into town where you can find lots of shops and also the Lanes. This is a perfect location for visiting for Pride. The street party is a matter of minutes away, Preston Park is a 30 minute walk and you can spot the parade following a 10 minute walk. Kemptown Beach is less than 5 minutes away! The space ** FURTHER PICTURES TO BE ADDED IN DUE COURSE** This listing is only available during Pride weekend. This is a lovely, modern, small two bedroom flat in central Kemptown. The flat itself is in an old block of flats but has been modernised inside. Myself and my partner live here and will still be using the place during Pride weekend, hence why there is no access to the communal living area for guests. Use of the refrigerator, microwave, kettle, cutlery and plates, mugs and glasses allowed. The guest bedroom has no lock however please be assured your property will be safe and your private area will not be entered during your stay. Luggage permitted to be left for the day of departure to be picked up at a later time. The guest bedroom is a lovely, bright space with a south facing window allowing plenty of sunshine (on a sunny day!). There is a double bed with king size sheets and access to storage for your belongings. 32 inch TV with access to streaming channels. Off this bedroom is a small, private en-suite which contains a shower with overhead shower or handheld, toilet and sink. All toiletries provided including soaps, shampoo, conditioner and sanitary products. Two towels also provided. Please be aware this is a home and not a hotel! The place is well loved and cosy, however extremely clean!
