Halfway between the lively quays and the historic square of the old market, this atypical, very well-equipped studio offers you the opportunity to marvel at the works of art by Norman artists. Paintings, decorated objects, sculptures will surprise you! This studio, ideally designed for two people (2-seater sofa bed), can occasionally accommodate a third person (teenager/child) on its armchair/bed. Please note: apartment not PMR, 3rd floor without elevator access. The space The accommodation is a 21 m2 studio, a sofa bed and an armchair bed will provide maximum space when the apartment is in "day" mode and comfortable bedding when the apartment is in "night" mode. A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your small dishes. The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink, bathtub (note: reduced width) and a washing machine (5 kg max). Bath mats, towels are provided. The double bed (140 x 190) will be a sofa but the sheets will be ready. The extra person bed will not be made but the sheets will be available.
