This double room is in a pretty 300 year old cottage only a 2 minute drive / bus trip or a short walk to Newport town centre with all its facilities and main bus station. The cottage is in the shadow of Carisbrooke Castle and has free off street parking and an EV charging point is available at an extra small cost There is a beautiful sunny private rear garden with two eating and sitting areas, BBQ & chimenea. All major tourist spots and beaches are easily accessible from here by car or bus. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all communal areas including the garden and conservatory. There is also a small sitting area with T.V adjacent to the bedroom that's guest are welcome to use During your stay I'm happy to chat via phone, text or email. Other things to note Due to this being an old cottage the bathroom is downstairs and is newly refurbished and well appointed with a brand new shower unit over the bath. There is only the one bathroom in the house which is shared with the host only. Complimentary shampoo, shower gel & conditioner available if needed.
