The space [CIN: IT032006B4NIR5PQJU] The apartment is located on floor 5 of an elegant historic building with an elevator and wheelchair elevator, and is a short walk from Viale XX Settembre, a shady historic boulevard full of clubs and cafes. The apartment has a large living area, where you'll find a super-stocked kitchen to enjoy cooking something special; in the living area, with wifi and air conditioning, there's a large table, a sofa bed, a big 55” TV and a pc station at your disposal for that really important call. In the bathroom you will find a shower and washing machine, while from the master bedroom, also equipped with air conditioning, you can access the lovely quiet and light-filled terrace. Other things to note The accommodation, which is entirely reserved for guests, is located on floor 5 of a historic building with lift and stair lift; it has no architectural barriers. For two people we prepare only the default double bed. If you would like separate beds, please let us know in advance: we will prepare all beds for you free of charge! CHECK-IN You can do the check in by appointment between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. at our Triesteguest office at Via Rittmeyer 5b in Trieste. You will be required to show ID for each guest (ID card, passport or driver's license) and pay the tourist tax (€1.50 per person per night for each guest for the first 5 nights; minors, residents and AIRE do not pay). We will provide you with instructions on how to get to the apartment and all the information you need to enjoy your stay! Access to apartments before this time slot is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. For arrivals between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m., check-in will be done directly at the apartment by appointment at a cost of €40.00 to be paid on site (plus tourist tax). For arrivals between 10 pm and midnight the cost will be 50.00€. Beyond midnight check-in is not possible. DURING THE STAY If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help! Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20 °C and in summer not below 23°. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas. Smoking is prohibited in this house. Violators will be charged a penalty fee of 100 euros. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests. CHECK-OUT Checkout is within 10 AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows. Don't forget to leave us a review on the portals.
