Seaside Apartment - Leafy Lytham

Only a stone's throw away from the Ribble Estuary, Lytham Promenade and Lowther Gardens, this stylish apartment is a perfect holiday escape. Walk through dunes, woodland, parks or around Fairhaven Lake whilst enjoying the seaside air and views. The Nautilus apartment offers a patio and garden summerhouse to relax in after a stroll along Lytham's vibrant high street with its range of independent restaurants, shops and cafés. The space Nautilus is a ground floor flat accessed from a common hall way with a shared front door, which has three steps, so not suited to a wheelchair. The interior door opens to a small corridor with a door at each end to the bedrooms. Through the main bedroom one accesses the living room/dining room, which has two sofas and a table and chairs. Through the second bedroom ones accesses the kitchen and bathroom. This quirk makes it more suitable to couples or young families, where this is not an issue. From the kitchen there are five steps down to a shared outdoor patio area with seating, a couple of loungers and a summerhouse. This area is open to the front of the house and has many planters with flowers, grasses and bamboo to soften the area otherwise covered by paving/decorative stones and a tarmac drive that leads all the way to the garage used by the owners/upstairs flat. Guest access Guests have access to the property through the front hall and rear door. The garden area is shared with the maisonette above, when this is occupied by the owner/tenants, who may also require access to the cellar from a side entrance off the drive. Most visitors enjoy the garden/summerhouse, which is usually quiet. The drive is shared with the flat above, so guests are asked to park on one side or the other, far enough up the drive to allow free access to the other parking space. Other things to note The living/dining room can only be accessed through the Master bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom/toilet can only be accessed through the second bedroom, or by the external rear door.
