On the terrace you will find a large private pool with an outdoor shower, 2 sun loungers and a large table for 6 people. Here you can enjoy the beautiful hours of sunshine throughout the day. On the ground floor is the living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, washing machine and the first bedroom equipped with a double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe and one bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there are two more bedrooms with double beds, TV, built-in wardrobe and tww bathrooms with shower. On this floor there is access to the large balcony and the roof terrace. On the roof terrace you can enjoy stunning views of the two salty lagoons of Torrevieja. The entire accommodation is equipped with central air conditioning for cooling and heating. You can park your car on the property or on the street in front of the house. Maximum temperature: 30°C LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN FEE If you wish to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a 25€ supplement (including 21% VAT) will apply.
