Just 50 meters from the beach, you can enjoy the Spanish sun and hospitality. Whether you want to start the day with a fresh morning dip, a nice walk or just have a lazy breakfast on your own sun terrace. Anything is possible... you decide. You rent directly from the owners, and all communication is through us. Small pets (up to 10 kg and 1 per apartment) are allowed at an additional cost of €25 per stay. Cash to be paid upon arrival to the manager. The space The house consists of: - Living/dining room - Bedroom 1 (2 x single bed) - Bedroom 2 (1 x three-person bunk bed) - Kitchen - Bathroom with spacious walk-in shower - Large sun terrace with plenty of garden furniture - Use of the shared garden with sun loungers and a hammock - Swimming pool 13m x 4m with waterfall - Parking for 1 car on the premises Apartment 5: From the bedrooms, you can step through the sliding doors onto the sun terrace, equipped with teak terrace furniture with soft cushions. In the living room there are 2 nice 2 person sofas, 1 separate armchair and a dining area, round table with 5 chairs. The large color television with Canal Digital decoder offers you, in addition to the Spanish channels, also most Dutch television and radio channels. There is Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Everything can be closed with shutters. There is an awning by the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities. Refrigerator/freezer combination, 4-zone hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc., a complete inventory for a comfortable stay. In bedroom 1 there are 2 single beds, in bedroom 2 there is a 3-person bunk bed. All with fine duvets in the winter, and cool fresh sheets in the summer. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe. There are also plenty of towels provided. (No beach towels). The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, 1 sink with mirror and mirror lighting, and a toilet. The apartment has a washing machine, which is at your disposal completely free of charge during your stay. In the garden, you will find the private swimming pool (13m x 4m) where you can swim your laps, complete with sofa and waterfall. Smoking is not allowed in our apartments. It is not allowed to charge electric or hybrid cars on our electricity grid. Other things to note Tourist tax must be paid on the spot upon arrival. The rate for guests aged 18 and over is €2 per person per day, with a maximum of 7 days per stay.
