Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with its swimming pool and courtyard (shared with two other cottages and our house) and its surrounding countryside for a relaxing vacation. Barbecues, deckchairs, park and petanque court await you at the Colony! The space At the "Colonie Saint Joseph", in a quiet corner of the Gers, we offer this gîte for rent for up to 4 people. Located 5 minutes from Samatan (market on Monday morning) and its amenities; 15 minutes from L'Isle-Jourdain and 45 minutes from downtown Toulouse. It features: - A kitchen with mini oven, microwave and dishwasher ​- 2 Bedrooms - Bathroom with shower + bathtub - A private terrace - Pool access Large living room 5.5 x 5.5 meters with TV, CD/DVD player, 2 bedrooms, kitchen with microwave, oven and bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and double sink. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Terrace in the courtyard with access to the pool (shared with two other cottages and the house); a barbecue (charcoal not included) and a terrace in front of the property. We do not have Wi-Fi. In this house everything is on the ground floor. Housekeeping and sheets are included in the price. Check-in after 4 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m. (Can be adjusted depending on the situation). Security deposit of €150.00 required. Other things to note We do not have Wi-Fi in our cottages. The pool is open from mid may to end of September. Heating is provided by a pellet stove.
