The House of the Rowers, two-room apartment with view, Lake Varese

Kick back and relax in this oasis of calm where you won't hear traffic noise but only the singing of birds. The Canottiere's house is located in Calcinate del Pesce, a village lapped by Lake Varese, in a panoramic, sunny and quiet position where you can see suggestive sunrises and fabulous sunsets over the lake. It is surrounded by 5000 square meters of land, planted with olive trees and green lawn, equipped with tables and chairs where you can relax in the sun or enjoy the cool evening breeze. The apartment consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen, complete with dishes, kettle, freezer, fridge, induction hob, and traditional oven, bathroom with bidet, shower, washing machine and hairdryer, and a spacious double bedroom with a four-door wardrobe and dresser. Hot water is provided by an energy-saving heat pump. No smoking inside the apartment, no parties allowed. Pets are not allowed. Guests have access to convenient free parking inside the fully fenced property. Access to the apartment is via an external staircase. The entrance door opens onto a corridor that leads to the three apartments that make up the structure and is therefore shared with other guests. The Canottiere's house consists of three apartments for tourist use, in addition to those of the host's family.
