The bedroom has a queen size bed with stackable washer and dryer in the laundry/utility closet while the bathroom has an oversized shower with privacy frosted glass shower wall and door. The living space continues the list of amenities by accommodating additional guests with a Queen-Plus American Leather sleeper sofa…by far one of them most comfortable sleeper sofas available without the annoying cross bar most sleeper sofas use. This condominium is located on the 2nd floor (No elevator) and has gorgeous views of the heart of downtown Traverse City. With electronic privacy key code access to both the building and the condo your check in and check out will be seamless and efficient. The bedroom provides a sound sleep with a new queen size memory foam mattress, dual nightstands with lamps and an alarm clock with dual USB ports for charging phones and electronic devices. The closet is sizable with both hangers as well as a 4 drawer dresser for additional clothing storage & the utility closet houses the new stackable washer and dryer with laundry detergent and Eco Friendly laundry dryer balls provided. The state of luxury continues in the bathroom with earth tones throughout and an oversized shower with custom privacy frosted shower wall and door. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided along with make up wipes, hand soap and a First Aid Kit provided. Fresh body and hand towels are included as well as wash clothes and bathroom hooks are also provided behind the door. The bright and airy living space provides beautiful northern light exposure during the day time. Push back the oversized sliding glass doors to the living room and let in additional fresh air while you take in the sights and sounds of the downtown area. The new Queen-Plus American Leather Sleeper Sofa provides a comfortable night sleep for additional guests with its patented Pure Comfort design (no bar) and the media console table provides 3 drawers for additional clothing storage while also providing storage space for both board games and throw blankets. There is additional clothing storage in the pantry/closet as well with provided hangers for those guests using the sleeper sofa. The open kitchen/living space area allows those in the kitchen to enjoy the northern exposure sunlight while preparing meals and snacks in the kitchen. The electric glass top stove and oven provide efficient sources for cooking as does the microwave and the dishwasher and large oversized sink make clean up a breeze! There is an Eco Friendly single serving size coffee maker on the counter as well as a French Press provided in the cupboard above as well as a Tea Pot above the microwave. There is ample kitchen ware in the cupboards with plates, bowls, glasses and coffee cups as well as Pyrex glass storage containers for any leftovers. Continuing with the kitchen furnishings there is a cutting board, cutlery set and a beautiful Salad Bowl set from one of our treasured local downtown kitchen stores for you to enjoy. Additional & General Information: There is Free Wi-Fi provided along with Roku access to local and expanded cable through the Spectrum App. Keyless electronic entry to the unit is accessed through your privately provided custom key code & energy efficient Central Air and heating will keep you comfortable both in the day time and at night. Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors along with fire suppression systems are also run throughout the building and in each unit. There is free complimentary parking in your reserved parking spot across the street from the unit. Additional parking is available in the metered parking along the street and in the public surface parking lots from 8am-6pm Monday – Saturday (After 6PM and all day Sunday parking is free).
