With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and plenty of areas to play including a huge kitchen for cooking and entertaining, outdoor spaces for dining or relaxing among the tropical garden or huge rumpus room. Centrally located, walking distance to everything Port Elliot has to offer including 2 minutes to Knights Beach, 5 to local cafes, pub and Horseshoe Bay. The space Our house by the sea is set in the perfect location, a close walk to the beach, parks, playgrounds, cafes, restaurants, retail etc. Enter through the beautiful wooden front door to an expansive kitchen with huge peninsular bench for entertaining and further bench space for preparing meals. The lounge room is cosy with a wood fire for those colder days, where you can enjoy access to wifi and Netflix. Three bedrooms including; * Room 1- huge main room with king bed and adjoining ensuite with shower and huge double bath for enjoying a soak after a day exploring the coast. *Room 2 - Queen bed *Room 3 - Bunk Beds with additional single trundle. All linen is provided for your stay including bedding and towels. There is a massive rumpus room out the back for you and the kids to enjoy! The space is pet friendly for small to medium dogs, with a fully fenced back yard and grassy area for your pooch to enjoy. Take a surf down at Knights Beach and be back at the house in 2 minutes for a hot outdoor shower before coming in for a hot espresso coffee by the fire! What more could you ask for. Please note there are two small steps in the front walkway, and two small steps leading from the dining to lounge area. There are no safety gates in this space so young children will need to be supervised. Guest access You will have full access to the house and all it has to offer including spacious interior, external areas and rumpus room. Parking is available in the driveway. Other things to note This is our family home which we offer to you to enjoy whilst we are away travelling, please treat it as if it where your own. We are located in a quiet street so please no house parties or loud music.
