The Park Circle neighborhood is very close to all that Charleston offers. Less than 15 minutes to Downtown and 20 minutes to the beaches make this a very desirable location. We look forward to hosting you! The space The Jasmine House is a studio apartment FROG, with its own private entrance and keypad. The space features a Queen bed, a 5 drawer dresser, and a clothes hanging cabinet, plenty of seats surround the living room to watch the large HDTV that is equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick. Unit has a kitchenette, refrigerator/freezer, and a free washer and dryer are in the unit. The units bathroom features a large walk-in shower with provided toiletries. Bathroom also features a gorgeous single vanity for all of your makeup and hair needs. Unit also features a record player, with the ability to play bluetooth music. Guest access Access to the Jasmine House is on the right side of the house. As you exit the gravel parking space, please make your way down the brick outlined walkway to the right of the garage, the Airbnb units front door is the last on the left, just before the privacy fence gate. Entering the property will be via access code. Other things to note We allow one pet under 30 Lbs. A pet fee of $45 dollars will be applied for any bookings with a pet.
