Bright and quiet, modern apartment within a 10 minute walk from the historic center of Bellano (available for any type of transport). with a fabulous view of the lake and the mountains, 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dining area and living room with sofa, 2 separate bathrooms (with bathtub and shower) there are many hiking trails in the area, Here you can enjoy privacy or spend time with your family, as well as do water sports in the summer, walk along the mountain trails with beautiful views, enjoy nature. The space - Windows and balcony has a view on the lake and mountains. -We intentionally didn't install the TV. - On the balcony there is a table with 2 chairs and 2 loungers for relaxation. - The apartment is equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. - there is a great sound system and WiFi, - the kitchen is filled with all necessary cooking, there is a gas stove, compact refrigerator, dishwasher, cutlery - there is a washing machine -The windows can be closed with the blinds - we take care of the cleanliness of the room, towels and linen - every bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet - the water from the tap is drinkable - No smoking in the apartment Other things to note 1. No smoking in the apartment 2. Please do not adjust the gas boiler device on the wall in the apartment(do not press or spin) . this is not an air conditioner! if necessary, change the air temperature in the room or the water temperature - contact the hosts! 3. In Bellano, they are eco-friendly and apply separate garbage collection. We kindly ask you to follow these rules during your stay. there are 5 containers of different colors in the house: - blue container (glass) - yellow container (paper and cardboard) -green container (organic kitchen waste) - purple bags (plastic, aluminum, tetrapak packaging, anything that can be recycled) -Red bag (garbage not recyclable: broken shoes, useless things, women's hygiene pads) 4.
