You will have a breathtaking view of the water and endless horizon from the front windows ,or relaxing out on the full front deck. As well enjoy the bonus access to the deck thru the patio doors from the master bedroom. In addition, we have just extended the deck, added privacy panels on the side and installed a hot tub which is so delightful The space Huge lot facing the water and a section of back yard. Full front deck with newly added extension on deck with a hot tub installed this August 2025 and a small deck off the back door with bbq . Very spacious ,modern cottage and fully functional. Floors are laminate with ceramic tile in bathroom and front entrance. This cottage is very clean, spacious and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including toaster, Kuerig coffee maker, pots, pans , baking dishes and cooking essentials. etc. We will leave a few coffee and tea pods to enjoy on your stay Guest access Your keyless entry is at the front of the cottage facing the water. There is also a back door to a small deck where the barbeque is. Other things to note Our property also has an RV in the back of our lot that is on Airbnb.
