Any stays over 31 days will require a nonrefundable $150 per pet fee. Undeclared Pets on your booking that is seen in our exterior cameras and not charge for will be sent to airbnb claims with the video evidence and you will be fined by airbnb.com and have to pay. Unauthorized pets will be charged $300 per pet for additional cleaning. ✔ Pet fees will be collected via resolutions after the booking is confirmed.
