Family Friendly environment with Medicare available 24×7 at multiple hospitals in the neighborhood at walking distance. 4. Guests will accommodate on 1st Floor, Host Family lives on Ground Floor. Guests will access exterior staircase with separate private entry and also separate Main Gate. 5. Kitchen equipments like induction cooktop, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator with sink & tap and all basic utensils will be available at Kitchenette in Living Room. Full size kitchen is unavailable. Swiggy/Zomato/Zepto/Blinkit delivery services available in this locality. 6. All 3 bedrooms are Air Conditioned. 7. The 3 Bedrooms are themed as : Master Bedroom, Parent's Room, Kid's Room. Two spacious bedrooms are fully furnished, tastefully decorated, wide window with Main Road view and attached individual full size washrooms having entrance from inside the room. 3rd bedroom without attached washroom. 3rd common washroom is near outer staircase on same floor. 8. Entire indoors is thoroughly cleaned and kept ready before check-in. Cleaning during stay is not part of the amenities and is subject to availability of house help in presence of guests. 9. Most of the tasks are DIY for guests as there is no full time staff on the property. 10. In case of power outage AC, Geyser, Heater, Induction, Kettle won't work. Inverter Battery provides backup for all Fans, most of the Lights & electrical sockets. Solar Water Heater provides backup for warm water on sunny days. 11. Few exterior sections and balconies currently under renovation. 12. Timings: Checkin After 2 PM, Checkout Before 10 AM. Add-Ons : Half Day extended reservation (upto 10 P.M.) also available at half rent, if informed in advance at the time of reservation. Apart from the number of guests mentioned at the time of reservation, Extra Guest charges Rs. 500/day per person. 13. Suitable for families with parents/grandparents/kids, married couples group, middle aged or Senior citizen's group. 14.
