The first floor has a primary suite with king size bed and full ensuite bathroom. On the second level you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen and a half bath . The third level has another primary suite with a king bed and full ensuite bathroom as well as a full hallway bathroom, a laundry closet, and two bedrooms that each have a queen bed. Every bedroom includes a charging dock.  The fourth level is your incredible roof top deck with bistro lighting, adirondack chairs and a table to lounge around, a corn hole set, and ring toss! Please note: A starter pack of garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, dish soap and laundry detergent are supplied, but you will need to acquire any additional that you need. Bathroom towels and bed linens are provided, but beds are not made. Please bring your own dish towels and beach towels. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit minus the locked owner-closets. Please note the home is a 3-stories without an elevator. The home is secured through coded deadbolt locks and the parking areas are well lit with floodlights. Other things to note Minimum age to book is 25. Photo ID and electronic rental agreement required to be submitted to Agent upon booking. There is a noise curfew of 10pm throughout the city. We appreciate your understanding!
