It is a short distance to the city's events, and to retreat to enjoy a good movie, shared meals with loved ones, or to doze in bed with a lovely view. There is a short distance to the primeval forest in Svartedalsparken and sculpture park on Ekeberg, or a walk in the Tøyenpark, with or without sneakers.
