The Shells N Tails Rental home is perfect for fishermen or families looking for a relaxing vacation. Located on First Street West, this is a quiet and peaceful home. The home is within walking distance of the newly restored boat ramp. Several marinas are close for boat rentals and to hire fishing guides. A comfortable king, queen and sofa full size bed are offered with all linens supplied. Fresh towels and wash rags are available in the two bathrooms. The space Our homes are called townhomes but they are more like a duplex. I own one side of the home, 205A. You will have your own entry to both front and back door. I also allow access to the closet on the ground floor where you can store fishing rods and other outdoor items you do not want to leave in your boat. My home contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a king, queen and a couch that pulls out into a full bed. ( Sheets for the couch are located in the trunk in front of the couch.) My home also has outdoor outlet and spigot in case you need them for your boat. Instructions for accessing the outlet is located in the notebook on the bar. Guest access This is a stilted home. Stairs lead to both the front and back door. All outside locks work on digital locks. Code to the outside doors will be sent in a separate email a few days before your stay. Other things to note Shells N Tails Rental, LLC is located within walking distance of the newly restored boat ramp and Steinhatchee Marina. Great sunsets can be watched from the Marina or Roy's parking lot. Food is available at numerous restaurants. This home has high speed fiber internet and Dish TV in the living room. A smart TV is located in the back bedroom that may be used for streaming. This is great for watching those no miss sports games. Security cameras are located at front and back door and under the home for the security of you and your fishing gear. Parking is available under the home and in front of 205A. Home stands 10' high. Please watch height and columns when pulling under the home. Plenty of parking is available for boats, golf carts and vehicles. Local marinas offer boat rentals and fishing guides for hire.
